Right of confirmation and access

You can verify if we are processing your personal data and request details about it.

Right to correction

You have the right to correct any inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information.

Anonymization, Blocking, or Deletion

You may request anonymization, blocking, or deletion of your data if it is unnecessary, excessive, or processed in violation of the LGPD.

Data portability

Upon request, you can obtain a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, respecting commercial and industrial secrecy as per the LGPD.

Other rights

You have the right to request a review of decisions based solely on automated processing. You can also request information about who we share your data with, including both public and private entities. Additionally, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the ANPD (National Data Protection Authority) or other relevant entities.

How do I exercise my rights?

Send your request to dpo@asper.tec.br with the following information:

  • Relationship with us (Candidate, Client, Employee, Supplier or Other);

  • Your full name and CPF (Brazilian Individual Taxpayer Registry);

  • Indication of the right you would like to exercise and its details.

To verify the legitimacy of your request, please send us a document that confirms your identity or demonstrates your authority as the authorized representative of the Data Subject.
